The desk

The capital at risk belongs to the firm.

You are given buying power, a risk framework, and the tools to use both. The desk measures consistency inside its limits, quarter by quarter. You will be asked to explain your losing days as closely as your winning ones.

The US session opens at 16:30 Sofia time and runs to 23:00. Mornings are for preparation, review and training. Attendance is in the office.

Track A

New to trading

You have never traded, or only casually. We teach the method from the start, so there is nothing to prepare before you apply.

What you get

A seat
A desk in the Sofia office, among traders doing the same work.

A daily loss limit and position sizing set with you, revised as results come in.

The stack

Software you will not be handed anywhere else.

Most of what a trader here touches is written in-house and runs nowhere but this desk: real-time scanners across the full US universe, our own alerting, and a research stack that tests an idea against years of historical data before it is allowed to take risk. Underneath sits direct market access with Level 2 depth, short locates, and the data feeds a strategy needs.

Experienced traders keep their own process and plug it into ours. If you have built tools of your own, bring them.

How it works

    A short form. No CV.

  2. Interview

    A conversation in the office or online. We ask how you think about risk.

  3. Training or evaluation

    Beginners start the training programme. Experienced traders run a short evaluation on the desk.

  4. Go live

    Firm capital and real size, with limits that move as your results do.

What we look for

We look for discipline under loss, comfort with numbers and probability, and the habit of logging a mistake the same day you make it. You need to be available full-time through the US session and able to work from English-language news and data.

We ask for no finance degree and no trading certificate.
